The solution in a few words

Available on IOS or Android, this tool consists of 2 applications and 1 backoffice website reserved for managers. You can use it to schedule and manage a single facility, or several. Totally modular, both functionalities can be used at the same time, but it is also possible to use the schedule management alone, without the clocking system.

 

For each employee, find their personal and contractual information directly centralized on your back office. At the end of each employee's contract, their profile data can be manually archived to easily find them if they need to come back (as an extra for example).

 

Directly from their mobile application, employees can send you documents for their contract, fill in their availability, apply for leave, and simply consult their schedule.

 

Finally, every month, access to an accounting report in which all the information necessary for the preparation of pay slips is listed.

Each week, you can easily duplicate your schedule(s) to renew and modify them. You can also choose to create a schedule by division (e.g.: service division, kitchen division, collection division, etc.). collection,...).

This feature allows you to clock in and out of your teams with or without an internet connection. You can choose to provide a tablet dedicated to your clocking in and out or to do everything from a single iPad.

 

Once again, this tool is flexible. You can choose to have your employees clock in and out at the beginning and end of the day, but it is also possible to ask them to clock in and out during breaks.

 

Concerning the scoring modes, there are 3 options that can be combined or not:

Pin code check-in: this option is mandatory at each check-in. At the time of their identification, employees simply enter a personal pin code to mention their arrival

In addition, the following can be added:
Photo check-in: employees check in on the tablet by taking a photo of themselves, in order to validate their identity

Signature-based clocking: to reinforce the clocking in and out process, the signature allows for greater security of the employee's identity

 

It is possible to remotely follow the clocking in and out of your employees, if an oversight has been noted, you will be automatically informed by a notification. Thus, you will be able to see directly with the concerned employee the reasons of his absence, or to clock in in his place if he omitted to do it.
