The Victoria Palace, not just a hotel...
A hotel dating back to 1913, the Victoria Palace is located on the Left Bank of Paris, in a quiet little street in the 6ᵉ arrondissement. Completely renovated in 2020, it welcomes guests to its 92 rooms and suites, in an intimate and refined atmosphere.
Whether on the terrace, in the dining room, in the lounge, inside the "James" bar or in the room... a complete software suite was needed, capable of supporting staff in all their activities, while respecting the architecture and decoration of the premises.
The challenge for our Popina iPad cash register was to offer a sophisticated service, bringing a touch of modernity and technology to this legendary establishment!

The Victoria Palace Hotel reopened its doors to the public in March 2021, modernized, with an eco-responsible approach; we had to provide a simple, intuitive and connected solution.
Connected how? Via an iPad running the Popina application, linked to the Mews hotel PMS. This PMS connects the rooms to the bar, and automatically synchronizes with the main cash register.
Then, with the help of an iPad mini, for mobile, digitalized order-taking. This makes it possible to take orders in the "James" bar, in the billiard room, in the breakfast room and even in the inner courtyard. The user can take multiple orders and transmit them instantly to the bar. The orders are synchronized on the screens or printed out on the printer.
Popina, in collaboration with Mews, centralizes requests, order taking,collection, booking, payment and reporting in a single solution.
