At Popina, it's all done remotely. Whether you're at home, at work or on vacation, you can easily contact our sales team with any queries you may have. They'll be happy to answer your questions promptly. In just a few minutes, you'll be able to:

Subscription and contracting are also done remotely. After collecting the necessary documents, your contract is drawn up and the procedure begins.

Of course, if you wish, our sales team will come to you so that you can see the product for yourself.

Fast shipping and installation

Once the contract has been signed, your equipment will be dispatched very quickly. Delivered to your home or business, you'll receive everything you need to install your cash register. Depending on your order, you'll simply need to open and take out all the equipment to be ready on the day of installation. In fact, on receipt of your order, you can make an appointment with our Popina team for training and start-up installation.

Distance learning

With Popina, you'll benefit from training and installation over the phone, to make your life easier and save you time. For 1 hour, you'll be guided by our advisors, who know all the components of our Popina iPad cash registers inside out. From plugging in, to installing the application, to setting up your product card, you'll be up and running the very next day! Of course, we also have a school mode, so you can practice running the till before the big day, or to help train your employees, for example.

In-house technical and after-sales service

At Popina, we know how busy your business can be, and that a problem can arise at any time. You're in the middle of a shift and want to give us a call? No problem! Our in-house technical team is available 6 days a week, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday to Saturday.
