The European law known as RGPD "Règlement Général sur la Protection des Données" (in English "General Data Protection Regulation" or GDPR) frames the processing of personal data on the territory of the European Union. This new European regulation follows on from the French Data Protection Act of 1978 and strengthens citizens' control over the use that may be made of data concerning them. It harmonizes rules across Europe, providing a single legal framework for professionals. It enables them to develop their digital activities within the E.U. on the basis of user confidence. Involvement and sensitivity to data protection for our customers POPINA attaches great importance to protecting the Personal Data of its customers, users of its websites and applications, partners and employees. POPINA complies with the General Data Protection Regulation, no. 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, the "Informatique & Libertés" law no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 as amended, as well as the "pour la confiance dans l'économie numérique" law no. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004 (article L.34-5 of the French Post and Electronic Communications Code). POPINA has appointed a data protection delegate who is in charge of your right to information, access, rectification, opposition, deletion, limitation and portability in accordance with the aforementioned law. The Charter applies in addition to the provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of Use of Services and the General Terms and Conditions of Sale of Services, where they exist.
